WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?
Merrill treats mild to moderate anxiety and depressive disorders, mild ADHD, mild OCD, and mild autism from ages 6 to 21 years of age. She is able to provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy for children, teens and young adults up to age 21.
Meagan treats moderate to severe anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD, ASD, oppositional defiance disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, moderate to severe OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, self-harm, and addiction in ages 4 to mid 40’s.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
In order to schedule, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please call our office at 940-217-6720. We will not schedule appointments through email, text, or social media.
DO YOU OFFER TELE-HEALTH APPOINTMENTS?
We offer tele-health appointments for mental health care. We require that the initial appointment is face-to-face in the office. Tele-health appointments are offered for all ages.
WHAT IF I MISS AN APPOINTMENT?
We have a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give a 24 hours notice. If you fail to give a 24 hour notice or no show an appointment, you will be charged a $75-100 fee. If you cancel or no show two appointments, you and/or your child will be dismissed from the practice and we will not provide medication refills.
HOW DO I REFILL MEDICATION?
To refill a medication, please call our office at 940-217-6720, send a request in your patient portal, or call your pharmacy to send over a refill request. We will not refill medication from email, text, or social media requests. If you do not follow up for your medication management appointment as directed by your provider, you will not receive a refill on your medication.
WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU TAKE?
Meagan currently accepts Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, UMR, Oscar, and Oxford insurance plans. Merrill currently accepts BCBS. Self-pay options are available for both providers. If your insurance is not in network, we can provide a receipt for your to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This is the responsibility of the patient/parent. It is the responsibility of the patient/parent to verify that our providers are in network with your specific insurance plan.
