Yoga for Stress and Anxiety
This three-class yoga series is designed to help students in grades 3–8 manage stress and anxiety through evidence-based yoga practices. Whether dealing with generalized anxiety, performance anxiety, or social anxiety, participants will learn breathing techniques, mindful movement, and relaxation strategies to support emotional well-being. In a safe and supportive environment, children will build self-regulation skills, increase body awareness, and develop tools to navigate stress with greater ease and confidence.
Who: Boys and Girls in 3rd-8th grade
When: Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30p on March 18th, 25th, and April 1st
Cost: $150 for all 3 sessions
